LMO is looking for a seasoned Marketing Automation Specialist to develop and execute marketing automation strategies for our clients. LMO is a certified Marketo Agency Partner and works with Salesforce CRM.
Responsibilities:
- Strategize and implement inbound and outbound efforts as they relate to marketing automation
- Provide hands-on marketing automation expertise to support the development and execution of multi-channel marketing campaigns
- Plan, implement, and test trigger-based nurturing programs in the marketing automation platform that target all stages of prospect development, from raw inquiries and cold prospects, to engagement, to closed opportunities
- Continuously analyze operational process to find and implement new efficiencies and routinely audit user practices to ensure compliance
- Apply analytic skills to support client’s marketing team by identifying new ways to build and nurture the sales pipeline and support the growth of the business; evaluate nurture performance and ROI
- Implement new marketing automation streams that nurture prospects and convert them to actionable leads
- Define the end-to-end lead nurture process based on industry best practices and develop client’s lead nurturing campaigns
- Develop and implement data quality and enrichment programs within marketing automation platforms
- Collaborate with key stakeholders (marketing, sales, services, product & development) to implement automation for marketing campaigns and programs
- Continuously analyze operational process to find and implement new efficiencies and routinely audit user practices to ensure compliance
- Advise on best practices and train marketing users on Marketo, including capabilities, asset creation, quality assurance, batch processing, and projected results
- Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and administrator of LMO’s Marketo clients
- Conduct client audits of past and current marketing automation efforts, while also analyzing CRM and marketing automation data
- Interview stakeholders, build content roadmap, and develop marketing strategy for each audience segment
- Produce progress reports and conducting weekly client status meetings
Desired skills and experience:
- Certified Marketo Expert (additional marketing automation platform certs a plus)
- Expertise in other marketing automation platforms (e.g. Pardot, Hubspot, etc.)
- Expertise in CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) especially with regards to platform configuration, administration and integration
- 3-5 years of marketing automation experience
- 3-5 years of email marketing experience
- Establish and maintain processes, organization, and reporting to effectively take advantage of Marketo technology
- Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, optimizing, and reporting on marketing automation
- Ability to thrive in a cross-functional team environment and readily adaptable to changing market and organizational need
- Excellent communicator with proven ability to simply distill complex ideas and data into easy-to-absorb information bites
- Excellent reporting/presentation skills using Excel and PowerPoint
- Basic HTML skills with excellent computer/Internet skills
- Effectively manage multiple concurrent project including requirements gathering, design and project planning/management in a dynamic, high pressure environment
- Experience in CAN-SPAM adherence, other regulations/laws related to privacy and email communications
- Bachelors degree
