We are looking to add to our amazing Martech Team. As we continue to grow rapidly, so does the demand for technical smart people who can help us grow our business. In this job you will partner with our clients and our consultants to make them successful in their Martech efforts.
As our newest member, you will bring a mix of Marketing and Web Development experience to a team of highly motivated and creative technologists. You'll wear a variety of interesting hats and deliver innovative solutions that help multiple internal and external clients.
Your primary responsibilities include:
- Supporting Internal and External stakeholder requests for coding, troubleshooting, and creative technical problems solving
- Enabling and training Junior Developers to ramp up their skill set
- Building and Writing Code for Email Templates, and Landing Page Templates (Marketo)
- Strong system architecture and administrator skills
- Converting marketing ideas into technical realities
- Developing world-class marketing automation capabilities with various marketing technologies
- Prioritizing data quality
- Working and mastering integrations between a myriad of different platforms
- Approving marketing assets from other marketing automation specialists
- Figuring out how to scale our practice 10X
- Working with an already amazing team to build out our Martech Practice
We're looking for someone with:
- Experience working in a Marketing-related development role (e.g. Web Development)
- Experience with Salesforce.com
- Strong HTML/CSS experience
- 3+ years of PHP, JavaScript/jQuery
- Wordpress
- Laravel or other MVC frameworks
- APIs (Marketo, SFDC, Netsuite, etc)
- Mobile Frameworks such as bootstrap, foundation
- Ability to gather user requirements and share with development team
- Agile project management experience
- Amazing Time Management skills
- Amazing Client Managing Skills
- Amazing Documentation Skills
- Expert ability to be responsive to clients and colleagues
- Someone who can establish themselves as our SME and Domain Expert
- A Sense of Humor
It would be awesome if you have:
- 2+ years’ experience in Marketing Operations, Demand Generation, or Campaign Management
- Advanced knowledge of marketing automation platforms (Marketo, Infusionsoft, Eloqua, Pardot) . . . Would be amazing
- MySQL database knowledge
- API experience (SOAP and REST)
- Marketing Automation Experience (Marketo, Eloqua, Pardot etc)
- Site Metrics / Google analytics
