We tailor unique learning experiences for organizations and their people, working one-on-one with leadership to design practical programs and certificate courses for teams and individuals alike.
Together with our corporate and government clients, we help them cultivate high-performance teams, create innovative solutions, and commercialize technologies and ideas that can advance science, shape markets, and build a sustainable world. In addition to our customized programs, Caltech CTME also offers open-enrollment courses and certificates for individual learners and small teams.
Caltech CTME is seeking a Digital Marketing Specialist to help drive awareness and engagement with prospective learners and client organizations. In this role, you will be responsible for managing creative campaigns and tactics across various sales channels, including email, social, and live events. In addition, you will team with department members to facilitate sales engagement and extraordinary experiences in and out of the classroom. The successful candidate will have at least 3–5 years of experience in developing and managing growth campaigns for services or executive education using marketing automation tools such as Adobe Marketo or Salesforce Pardot.
