About the Position

We are currently seeking an enthusiastic and talented Campaign Coordinator.

There are many multi-channel campaign requirements for all brands in the Firstmac Group. Our goal as a marketing team is to drive traffic, improve conversion rates, communicate and nurture relationships with existing and potential customers; and grow our brand.

This position will be responsible for the set-up of marketing and customer service campaigns with the aim to support the business in converting leads into customers and retaining existing customers. Work with the Marketing Team, Sales Team and Customer Service Team to review current campaigns and identify new campaigns and support the Acquisition Manager and Marketing Team, to build understanding into what activities increase customer engagement.


Key Responsibilities

This is a key position within the marketing team that covers multiple brands. You will work closely with team members to improve and setup multi-channel campaigns that will increase website conversions, increase lead reactivations and retain existing customers. This involves website, email campaigns and outbound sales and customer service campaigns. You will be responsible for identifying campaign improvements and creating, developing and implementing marketing and communication initiatives for execution across various platforms utilising the resources available within the Marketing and IT Teams.


More specifically, the role will involve the following:

  • Identify and implement new email campaigns for new and existing customers, using our automated email system, Marketo. This includes the establishment of email campaign trigger marketing campaign for different customer scenarios (lead nurture, applicants, existing customers)
  • Review and improve existing customer emails and automated sales and marketing campaigns, using our automated email system, Marketo
  • Map campaigns and track success using a combination of Marketo and Business Intelligence Reporting
  • Create email campaigns to target different customer segments that work in with the customer journey
  • Work closely with the Social Media and PR Team for the delivery of customer campaigns
  • Assist in the establishment of split testing email program with continuous improvements and learnings
  • Work with Acquisition Manager to ensure email campaigns increase lead creation and lead conversion
  • Work to continually improve email branding, content, journey and refine for consistent messaging
  • Contribute and assist on external agency campaigns where required.


About You

You’ll have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in digital marketing, preferably within the financial services industry. Previous experience in Email Campaign Management is a must, particularly experience in implementation of campaigns and understand and track success using reporting. You will have a willingness to learn and become champion of our email marketing system, Marketo, experience with other cross-channel marketing tools is important. You must be able to multi-task across numerous brands, have good project management skills and of and have strong interpersonal skills build relationships with various departments in our business.
