WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:
- Managing technical aspects of key marketing systems (marketing automation, CRM) used to generate, distribute, and report on leads
- Establishing and maintaining scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign and lead management
- Creating and maintaining metrics reports on marketing and sales activities, effectiveness, and impact
- Analyzing marketing and sales data to develop insights and make recommendations on areas for optimization
- Monitoring and maintaining data quality within the marketing database
- Evaluating new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize marketing team performance
YOU’VE GOT WHAT IT TAKES IF YOU HAVE:
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 3-4 years of experience working with Marketo (Salesforce experience a plus)
- Marketo certified
- A process driven mindset and strong analytical skills – you have to love data!
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills
