Field and Partner Marketing Manager (Federal and Canada)
We are looking for a Field and Partner Marketing Manager (Federal and Canada) to join our Field Marketing team. This is the perfect position for someone who is passionate about planning, executing, and tracking high-impact programs that drive leads, advance existing opportunities for the sales team, and assist the company in reaching aggressive sales goals.
The purpose of your job is to focus on driving high-quality demand, increasing marketing productivity, and providing support for all sales channels with aligned marketing activities. In this role, you are expected to work with the Nimble field teams, Nimble channel teams, understand channel business models and be capable of managing tasks with limited supervision. This position requires high attention to detail, strong work ethic and excellent communication skills. The position is for someone located in the Washington, DC area with proximity to our Bethesda, MD office. Travel: 20%.
What you need to do:
-At a territory level, develop and manage marketing plans, budgets, and schedules for cost-effective, high-impact programs that maximize marketing ROI and meet lead targets at Federal and Canada territories.-Collaborate on end-to-end ROI reporting to ensure program effectiveness.-Work cross-functionally with product marketing, channel, campaign, and social media teams to develop marketing content, manage email campaigns, and ensure consistent brand messaging across all communications.-Work with local sales teams, resellers, and alliance partners to assess and develop program opportunities. Strategically leverage channel resources such as partner co-funding, prospect lists, and marketing assets to stretch budgets and maximize exposure.
-Work with Nimble’s partner community attached to Federal and Canada markets to drive joint marketing plans, align budgets and execute programs and events that contribute to opportunities and pipeline.-Collaborate with Nimble channel development manager(s) in territories on overall business and marketing plan for partner, evaluate partners’ marketing mix and recommend MDF proposals for co-marketing programs, analyze and report progress against campaign goals
-Based on existing email, page, and campaign templates, develop and execute programs in support of events and promotions.-Load lists and maintain Marketo lead database.-Deliver Marketo and Salesforce.com reporting at a campaign and territory level.
-Manage conferences, hosted events, and usergroups, including strategy logistics, catering, materials, shipping, and staffing.-Select events and negotiate competitive sponsorship agreements with vendors and venues.-Provide onsite event management or staffing as needed.-Manage and track contracts, purchase orders, expense reports, and invoices.-Work effectively with technology alliance partners and resellers to share costs and increase exposure.What you need to bring with you (your experience):
