Director, Integrated Marketing -

The Director, Integrated Marketing will be a key member of the marketing leadership team and

will be instrumental to the success of marketing and sales efforts. The Director will focus

on a building and executing demand generation strategy, automation, and campaigns across all

communication channels. The Director will be responsible for demand generation and

developing and leading the execution of end-to-end integrated marketing campaigns

supporting’s business goals. The Director, Integrated Marketing, reports to’s VP

of marketing, and is responsible for:

• Defining, implementing, and optimizing marketing automation and lead nurturing to

drive opportunities across all marketing channels

• Communications across the entire customer journey to increase conversion

• Establishing analytics to measure inbound marketing activities against goals

• Developing and executing digital marketing initiatives (SEO, SEM, database, paid etc.)

• Directing the planning and execution of events

• Teaming closely with sales to help convert leads to opportunities to customers.


• 10+ years’ experience with significant B2B demand generation experience

• Startup experience and can-do attitude

• Proven execution capability for digital marketing initiatives

• Storytelling: an ability to understand what motivates customers and translate that into

stories, messages, content, and campaigns that generate breakthrough results

• Ability to manage teams and agencies

• Proven track record in building ROI-driven lead gen programs

• Experience implementing marketing automation and related tools like Google Analytics,

Marketo, and SFDC

• Excellent communications skills; strong analysis capabilities
