The Digital Marketing and Web Communications Coordinator participates in the oversight and management of Vantage West Credit Union’s digital programs and vendors, and leads the day-to-day execution of digital initiatives and campaigns. The incumbent is responsible for developing web content and designs that promote and preserve Vantage West Credit Union’s brand identity and serves as a product/service guide for a variety of targeted audiences including current and prospective members.

The Director, Digital Commerce is responsible for driving all aspects of online, mobile, and electronic channels. The role includes oversight of proactive and reactive retail channels to include: virtual branch sales, including member journeys, operational support, electronic, video and phone communications, strategy, project and innovation development, member tech support and social media response.
