This role requires managing demand generation strategies and processes, identifying and developing compelling content and calls to action, creating and managing inbound and outbound campaigns in order to deliver qualified leads and prospects into the sales pipeline.
Zagster operates more than 150 bike share programs in 35 states, including programs for cities like Cleveland and Albuquerque, as well as campuses including Ohio State University, Duke, Yale, Samsung, and General Motors. Who you are:
- A digital native, versed in digital marketing techniques and technologies
- Proficient in standard CRM (Salesforce) and marketing automation tools (Marketo preferred)
- Always testing your work to get the best results
- Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, Javascript.
- Well-articulated, you naturally make complex ideas simple
- Always learning, you're not afraid to bring new ideas to the table
What you'll do:
- Help develop our demand generation strategy and implement programs to create sales opportunities for our enterprise and government sales team
- Manage and optimize the demand generation funnel, responsible for generating marketing qualified leads, and finding new ways to grow the pipeline while building efficiency
- Own the marketing-generated sales pipeline, including all inbound (organic) and outbound (paid) channels
- Partner with the inside sales team to test, build and scale new market opportunities in current markets, as well as develop experiments in new sectors and regions
- Help craft web design and content to increase conversions
- Manage the demand generation budget
- Develop advanced tracking and analytics to maximize our reach and efficiency
- Find new places and methods to spread Zagster’s message
