Wait Until Step Using Local Time

Currently if you set up a Wait Until step in a Flow this uses the time zone set in Admin and not the timezone local to the account logged in. This is confusing and I think would benefit from being made clearer with a warning or ideally adjusted to use the timezone for the logged in account.

I just ran into a new issue with this.
I have to wait till the eventdate (token field) at the event start time to send out a reminder. But what if the start time is a different date in PST

To be more clear

The event date is 11 april 8 AM CEST
this is 10 April 11 PM PST

We use the date token in other locations as well so I would rather not have the set on the wrong date.

Please get this option added to make it the users timezone.
