I wanted to suggest the idea of adopting UTM parameters vs the current ones built by the URL Builder. As someone who is constantely monitoring inbound traffic to our website across numerious channels I've found that having to add multiple parameters on top of the ones the marketo admit sets is quite frustrating.
It's probably safe to assume that if you're doing detailed reporting and studying the behavior users have on landing pages and content articles you're not using Marketo but Google Analytics. You've also probably noticed the popularity of UTM parameters used across the web my numerious major brands.
I wanted to recommend an option where we could use these UTM parameters that are widely used by people versus the ones set in Marketo.
