It would be great if I can just pull a list of all leads that unsubscribed and from what email. I have a total of 6608 people who unsubscribed but I want to be able to see at a glance, which email campaign they unsubscribed from without clicking on the lead activity record one by one. I can see from the email campaign the number of people who unsubscribed and who they are and they are automatically reactivated and added to a specific suppression list, so that they can receive our newletters, publications and other email alerts that they are opted into.
The problem is we have one department who doesn't use Marketo to run their email campaigns and the tool is synced to SFDC. So they have leads that unsubscribe and passes through SFDC and then to Marketo.
Then we have some Marketo users who run promotional campaigns that do not do anything with the unsubscribers to their particular campaign, and some of those people are already customers who opted into the publications, alerts and newsletters.
So what I want is in a smart list, unsubscribe is true, change the default view so I can add, unsubscribe from email, email is any and list the last email they unsubscribed from.
