Following internal discussions with my team and reviewing the Marketo developer's documentation: https://developers.marketo.com/rest-api/endpoint-reference/lead-database-endpoint-reference/#!/Leads..., it's apparent that this data type isn't supported through the API. This limitation might stem from either an oversight in the API design or the creation of the field type long after the API was established.
However, I suggest submitting your suggestion to our idea portal. Our Product Team actively monitors these idea threads to identify opportunities for enhancing the user experience. I would recommend posting this idea or, if you wish, on the Nation platform regarding the inclusion of this data type. With any luck, our Product Team will notice these contributions and work towards incorporating it in future updates.
