Subscribe to Smart List IS on the product roadmap but it's behind another very important feature called Smart List Performance. Once we have solved the performance issue we can then think about implementing this feature which is very large from a development effort.
I need this feature. We have a sales team that is constantly asking me for reports and analysis on form submissions for their regions, or page visits from companies they are targeting.
It would be AMAZING to be able to send them daily/weekly reports of everyone that fits the bill 🙂
I share the same frustration. I am having to export lists for our telemarketing teams who do not have SFDC access. This seems to be a pretty easy ask here. Especially given the subscription model works - just needs to include data fields. Am very anxious for this feature.
I understand the importance of this feature. It was in the works at one point in time but we had to pull the plug due to Smart List performance isssues. The first step is to get smart list performance fixed, then we can consider this feature again. At this point, it is behind a number of other high priority items such as Calendar and Forms.
Cheryl +1 for this feature, we have the need for non-SFDC users (execs) who want to be made aware of high level leads coming in on a daily basis. As the leads report show counts only and not actual lead records we need to manually export smart lists to share with them. Anxious to see this feature released. Thanks!
