specific time in wait step?

It would be nice to be able to set a specific time in a "wait step", currently you can only select a wait time by the hour. Can future release updates be added to include 15 minute barackets?
example:
9:00 AM
9:15 AM
9:30 AM
9:45 AM
10:00 AM

Great idea. In the meantime, you may be able to add a second wait step of 15 minutes after your "Wait until 9:00" initial step. This should allow you to wait until the exact minute or specific increment of time.
