There is currently a 'Updated' field that but is just for Marketo. It would be great to have a last synched time stamp for trouble shooting.

This would be very helpful, I find sometimes that it does take a while for our records to sync correctly with SFDC and it would help very much with troubleshooting.

Yep, we have tons of leads so always hours and hours of synch if we change anything across the board for leads inside SFDC.
