Schedule mass-approving assets e.g. emails

We are working on our templates. This generates thousands of new drafts. Mostly for our nurture programs. Mass approving those pretty much locks the system. And all other users have issue approving their assets. It would be great when single approvals have priority over mass-approvals. Or even better... If I can schedule a mass-approval (e.g. in the weekend).

As a work around, can you approve multiple emails at once right before you leave for the day and let it run overnight? Go to the design studio, then click on the email system folder, you are brought to the email tab. Here you can sort by email name, approval status, etc. Select multiple emails and approve them (under email actions) all at once.

Thank you for your reply. I do use the mass-approve, but with some many emails being approved, other users can't create or approve drafts of emails and pages as a result.

For us there is no such thing as after office hours unfortunately. We are a global company with offices from Australia, China, Europe, and the United States. People are working on Marketo around the clock.

I'd like to understand your use cases better. What kind of changes are you making to your templates? For example, "minor" changes such as updating logos, colors etc and/or larger changes such as adding new sections to the template.

Are you updating email and landing page templates?
