Sales Insight on Account and Opportunity in CRM

Currently Sales Insight is only available on a Lead or Contact card in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. It would be nice to have Sales Insight roll-up into the Account and/or Opportunity cards so you can see an all-up view of interesting moments on the Account level vs having to click into each invidivual person. During our evaluation phase we were told this was available; come to find out it's not and/or perhaps only with Salesforce.

I'm fairly certain you can still do this. We used to have SI on our account level. We are using SF though.

Emily - you're correct - this is not available on the account or opportunity entity in MS Dynamics.  We, too, were told all of the SFDC capabilities existed in MS Dynamics when we were evaluating Marketo.  To Marketo's credit, they have made the MS CRM version of MSI more comparable to the SFDC version over the past year.  So hopefully this will soon be available as Marketo focuses more of their efforts on supporting us MS Dynamics customers.  I was actually quite surprised as to how many I met at Summit that were using MS Dynamics.  When the new community goes live, you can bet we will have our own sub-community for us Dynamics users!

I have the opposite issue; I'd prefer to have the flexibility to remove the Accounts from showing in SI; we just want to focus on leads.

It would be great to see more flexibility in SI in general.
