One of the more powerful & complete features of Marketo MLM are Segmentations. This is a series of Smart Lists which roll up into a single field. Very powerful.
RTP can't use MLM Segmentations, because Segmentations don't have SOAP names (they do have REST, but not SOAP). Now I have to create a new field, to mirror the Segmentation, and write smart campaigns for each possible value in the Segment. It just seems like a silly endeavor to jump through just to replicate the feature already available in MLM.
