It would be awesome if there was a way to pull a report from an email blast to see how many people replied to the email. The replies are being sent to the Sales team and I want to keep up with how many replies each person has been getting.
If we could make the 'reply' to a button link inside the message maybe? We can't cookie their email client that they are using. But maybe some way to make a prominent reply button.
Can you track with the lead owner email address token in the signature line?
