Report Library

We haven't been able to find such a thing in our instance, but it would be really beneficial if there was a report library similar to the Program Library where we could download best practice reports. The current reports in the system are pretty basic requiring quite a bit of spreadsheet work to create reports that are useful to us. It would save a ton of time if could have a broader library to choose from that were pre-built. Thanks.

I'm guessing you don't have RCA, Mike. We don't either 😞 I feel like without paying extra to gain that level of reporting, we are really missing out on some of the most valuable analytics.

Having a "Report Library" would certainly give new users quite a step up as they work to roll out Marketo in their organization.

I agree with the idea of a report libiary, although I would hope that the reports were more robust than what is in the program libiary.

FWIW RCA has a solid report library, but it would be improved if we could import report settings from other instances to share best practices across the community.

I have a feeling that most of the folks clammoring for a "report library" do not have RCA. I know I don't, but I really wish I did 😞

For me, the main challenge is determining the best way to wind through a myriad of drill downs and Smart Lists, etc. to create the reports I need. It would be nice to gain those 'best practice' insights from others without all of the pain and frustration of trial and error. On the other hand, for now it feels like each time I get something set up it's cause for a celebration 🙂
