Proper function Uppercase Prospects First and Last name

It would be really cool if there was a function in Marketo that would allow you to apply the Proper function to lead names.  I have noticed that some prospect enter information onto lead forms, using only lower case letters.  This looks very unprofessional when emailing to these contacts.  So what I would love to see is either a function that would allow you to proper case the names or for Marketo to automatically uppercase the first letter of the first name and the first letter in the last name.

We're building a feature that lets you write custom code inside your emails. That should allow us to do this for emails anyway.

Would much prefer to have the Data Cleaned 1st before it has a chance of being used in Emails.  Addressing the issue at the source.
