This would a huge benefit for organizations like us, who have a library of pre-built program templates to support every type of activity that is executed out of Marketo. Today, we maintain a separate library of "playbooks". But having this contained within each program would be ideal.
It would be great if a document or a HTML page could be attached to a program and made clickable in the program summary.
I'm not sure if there is a more current Idea related to this concept but I wanted to add to this suggestion.
I'm interested in having an area within each program (e.g. Notes tab) that I can keep notes about changes to program over time. It could track date-stamp and user name for each comment if that's relevant to others too. If that functionality isn't possible, any sort of free-form space to keep program notes would be extremely helpful. And the ability to export these notes would also be great!
This would be different than the audit trail function because you wouldn't have to be an admin to see it and can provide more personalized details about the changes made.
