preview templates, landing page and emails in a gallery view

I would love to be able to preview avaialble templates and emails in a gallery view. Sometimes the names we use aren't descriptive and it is very time consuming to click on an item then wait for the preview to load over and over again.

Or another idea would be just to hover over the title of the email and see a small popup view of the email.
