Utilizing Marketo to send out email blasts to our customers and prospects on a large scale has proved to be extremely benefitical, however, one issue/problem I have with it is phone numbers for list members do not export to excel from the results page, and there does not seem to be a way to add them.
Not having phone numbers only creates more work for my team, and I'm sure many other organizations. Our sales team wants to follow up the emails with phone calls based on the opens/clicks. Currently in order to do that, we have to export the results page, export the customer campaign list, then combine them using the V-Look up function in excel. This is time consuming and seems to be avoidable seeing as the phone numbers do exist on another list.
Please add phone numbers or at least the ability to customize results page columns with phone numbers and this service will be perfect!
