Overview of company activity on the community/university

As an admin it's very hard to tell which of your colleagues are active in the community and university.
It would be great to have an overview of all the community members which share the same Marketo instance with you. And see the date of their latest activity, ammount of questions, ideas and so on.

As far as the University, I would like to know for every colleague, which help articles were accessed by them and when.

I didn't even know how to find my colleague in the community until you responded to Cecile's question.  When I tried to search on my company, I only found myself, and I know there's 2 of them who created a profile, but I couldn't find them. I'm trying to encourage them to use the community as a resource more. there's a lot of help and useful information that are posted that can boost their learning.

this is a great idea. I too have issues managing users learning Marketo. I had to convince users managers that learning is a good thing in Marketo and make learning i.e. watch the videos, part of their goals and take screengrabs of their completeness of said video and email to myself and thier managers.
