Outlook 2013 - Sales Insight Plug In Compatibilty

Microsoft is now starting to migrate new machines to the Office 2013 platform. The Sales Insight Plug-In for Outlook is not compatible with Office 2013 (only for 2010 version). This causes an issue for my new hires as they cannot track correspondence.

I would hope that this is already on the Roadmap for release, but after submitting a case to Marketo Support was told that I needed to submit Office 2013 Plug In as a 'new idea.'

Not to mention a fair number of partners stating this is a problem for thier customers, which would seem to indicate multiple Marketo customers.

The majority of our Sales reps have either Outlook 2013 or Outlook 2011 for Mac, please put this at the top of your list!

I'm reposting the comment I made in the Support for Outlook add-in for Outlook 2013 Idea.

Sometimes, tech support doesn't know what's going on with new feature development and I've gotten me some pretty bizarre answers. In the product roadmap session at Summit two days ago, Arjun said it would be early summer 2014. I asked him if May was considered early summer and he said yes. They have been saying April for some time and I reminded Arjun of that, but I'm not sure that they can get it in this month - I really hope so for everyone's sake that they do though.

Noar, not sure who responded to you that we don't have a timeline, but I can assure you that this is not the case. We are still targeting May for release.

Really interested to understand when this will be available. I have a sales team to roll this out to and I want to avoid them looking at a 3rd party tool

Really disappointed that at the Summit the developers said this should be ready in "about 2 weeks" and we're now 7 weeks or so on and still nothing. This has been coming soon for FAR too long. We've effectively been paying for it with half of our sales force not even able to use it. Is a May release still happening?
