Move/Nest an Email Program Under Another Program

Though we have the ability today to create an email program within a default or event program, there is no functionality to move an email program and nest it under a default or event program.  This functionality is necessary in order to consolidated all assets together under the "master" program and for keeping the Marketing Activities tree tidy
