Make the Marketo Circle ALWAYS clickable

I hate when I'm in a lead record or a campaign and want to get out and realize that I closed my other window. I always click on the ball and always feel anger and rage that it won't take me back to Marketo.

Please, quit closing the door on me, man! Lemme back!

Likewise, stadardize the Marketo screens so we always have the History drop. If I'm looking at a lead I'd like to be able to go to the campaign quickly and I love using History to get back to where I was.
