Make Lead Owner fields available on forms

It would be great if it were possible to display SFDC Lead Owner fields on forms.
We have created a form that allows reps to manually enter leads into our database, and we'd like them to be able to assign these leads to themselves.
I know that it's possible to create a custom field, then create a "Change Owner" flow based on that field value.  However, this is a flow that would require constant maintenance every time a new employee joins the team.  The ideal is to use the Lead Owner fields that pull their values directly from Salesforce.

You might be able to use a Salesforce web to lead form to do this directly -

If not, I think the only way to do this is through a trigger campaign, as you mentioned above.

Thanks Nate.  We have some fields on the form that are Marketo fields but not SFDC fields, so it means we'd have to create unnecessary custom SFDC fields for those values to sync back into Marketo.  But this is a better workaround than the trigger campaign for sure.
