List Import Notification Options

I've noticed a recent upgrade to the list import process has dramatically sped up how fast it takes Marketo to load a CSV into the system. However, this has also made it very hard to click that Send Import Notification button in time for smaller lists.

It would really help if there were a way to have a global setting to automatically do this each time, or at least a checkbox to be able to trigger the send before hitting Import.

It also is buggy and just completely failed for my last imports. Have you had an issue?

Cristina, yes, when they first made the new update I believe I got a few bugs, although my latest uploads have gone smoothly, except for the issue above.

I'd encourage sending an email to support@marketo.com or calling in if you continue to experience issues with uploads.

Also buggy on my end. Some of the values are being truncated on odd occasions for unknown reasons. Some rows are also not being imported for unknown reasons. Never had the issues prior to the change, could be coincidence. For me it has slowed down the process.

I've sent a request to support but was wondering if anyone was experiencing similar issues since the change.

To add to this, my coworker has been getting the notifications automatically (tested several times) ! But I still have to manually send it to myself... perhaps there is a rollout of the auto notification feature?

There should be a checkable option to sent the email notification of the lead import to the email in the user account importing the leads. It should be checked byb default.

Mike (?), I'm not seeing that option. I see a "send notification" setting, but the issue is that sometimes, the list loads before we're able to press that button, and it's not on by default.
