Leads by Program Report

Create a Lead by Programs report exactly the same as the Lead by Campaign report. The issue is the Program Performance report doesn't allow the use of Smart List to create filters.

I would like to be able to create a report that showed the Programs, Marketing Qualified leads were a member of, that we sent to SFDC, during a given time frame. It would be just like the Leads by Campaigns report but with Programs listed instead of Campaigns. My Marketing VP is asking to see a list the Programs the leads we send to SFDC each week are members of. This isn't possible without running reports on each Program. Since we have nearly one hundred Programs, it isn't feasible to run reports like this on a weekly basis and aggregate them into one report.

We just want to look at the Leads we send to Sales and see the programs they were involved in. We don't want to do this on a per Program or per Lead basis.

Simple question without a simple report to answer the "How many MQLs did the Program generate?"

RCA has a report that puts programs on the left axis and stage progressions on the top. It almost works except that the report is only for acquired leads.

The ideal report would show leads that hit a given stage AFTER becoming a member of the program. Yes, it means person could be doublecounted across Programs but that's fine.

Exactly the issue. We want to have all the Leads that engage in the program, not just acquired by. We don't have RCA. We aren't looking at revenue at this point. We only want to be able to see the engagement of MQLs and SQLs in our programs during a given time frame.

I have the exact same problem. I would like to be able to add custom filters to program performance reports like we are able to do with Lead Performance reports. Program Performance reports are so limited and it's the only report we are able to categories by programs.
