Marketo Already has the Following Fields as default:
- Lead Owner Email Address
- Lead Owner First Name
- Lead Owner Job Title
- Lead Owner Last Name
- Lead Owner Phone Number
I suggest that Marketo add a Default "Lead Owner Extension" field for the Lead Owner's Phone Extension.
Having this field, and having it Automatically populate from the "User's Extension" in Salesforce would make sending emails on behalf of the Lead Owner, just that much easier.
