It would be useful to have the ability to upload an attachment while we create a case for the Support Team.

Today if i want to upload an attachment (for instance: screenshot with my issue), i need first to create the case and submit it and then go back and edit it again. There i have the ability to attach a doc.

It's an excellent idea and one that we've been looking at, just a few limitations in terms of some integration elements, but definitely something we can and want to work on.
