When you use an inactivity filter like has not visited webpage, the only criteria to use when you can type english is "in past 3 months". Need to add in "past before" like for an active time base filter. IE visits web page is any is in the past before 10 minutes. It is easier to bucket leads for the purpose of actinng n what leads to attach first.
