Improve loading time of "Fields Used By" list in Field Management

It takes a really long time for the full list of "Fields Used By" to load in Field Management after you click on the "And more..." link. There's also no indication that it's actually loading after you click. So essentially you click on the "And more..." link and just hope that your click actually registered.



It'd be great if the load time could be signficantly improved, such that if you click on the "And more..." link, the full list appears within a few seconds. Or if that's not possible, it'd be great to add a spinner or some indicator to let the user know that the list is indeed loading.

I'm running into this issue and getting very frustrated. If there was some sort of indication that it was loading, that would be great. Otherwise, I keep clicking it, hoping the click registered, then I accidentally click the smart campaign that comes up, and then i have to start all over with the loading. very frustrating.
