When trying to create a new model, I've often received an error: "We apologize, but we have encountered a system error. Please try again in a few minutes. If the problem persists, please contact email@example.com".
After connecting with Marketo Support, I was told "The Model Basis list must yield enough distinct items that are NOT in the Model Input list so that AccountAI can do its work to construct a model. There was too much overlap between the two lists. So, the Model Basis needs to have unique results NOT on the Input, if there's overlap, like all of the input being in the basis, it will fail."
Such instructions should be updated in Product Docs and also given as recommendations to fix the error. It would also be helpful to understand which data points are caused as the overlap.
