Improve Email "Copy from HTML" Link converting

In Email Editor, "Copy from HTML" feature convert <a href="URL">MESSAGE</a> tags to MESSAGE<URL>.
But if we want to track "Click Email" activity, we must change <URL> to [[URL]].
We need spend a time and it causes mistake.
Convert to MESSAGE [[URL]] directly instead of MESSAGE<URL>.
