I've noticed that when testing out your streams, if you have Block Non-Operational Emails on for your Communication Limits and you hit your limit for the day, that it'll affect how you receive your tests. Yes, it makes sense because in a real life scenario, that's what would happen if a lead hit their communication limits in your engagement program, but when testing out your streams, it's annoying to have to go into each nested program or email program and set it to Ignore Limits just to test your streams. Then you have to remember to go back in and put the limits back on.
There should be a feature that when testing you can choose to ignore communication limits.
