Handle Notifications Org-Wide

It would be nice if the notifications that popped up were able to be handled org wide. 

Option 1:  If I delete a notification (example - lead sync failure), it disappears from everyone's notification queue in the org.

Option 2:  A way to flag a notification resolved, so that each person knows they can delete those notifications from their queue.

Other Options?

I would like to be able to specify what type of notifications should appear in a user's queue.  You can specify who can receive an email for certain types of notifications, but I'd rather have this customization inside Marketo. 

Example:  Sync to SFDC notifications only appear to the users who are Marketo Admins, Exhausted Nurture only appear to Email Marketing Manager, Market Manager, or creator of Engagement Program, etc.
