Global Validation Rules - 2000 character limit

2000 characters is not enough to solve the issue of needing to block many email domains/spam from filling forms - especially when commas in between the email domains count as characters.

It would be great to increase this, or allow us to upload a CSV file with domains.

+1 here. Marketo's global validation rules are too limiting and I need to add a very comprehensive domain block list. Adding a custom csv list would be huge for my team that we can add to over time to block

Also looking to add a custom list, have the ability to add to the 'marketo' list, and have the ability to create more than one rule.
