Give Admins Access to Their Users Training Progress

It would be awesome if Admins could see the progression for each of their users in the various training sessions that Marketo offers. Even better, I'd like Admins to be able to assign training to users. 

User case: I am a fan of onboarding new users in person but when they go back to their office I ask them to take the Foundations training as part of completing their onboarding (and it's a pre-requisite for any users who want to take the certification). Trouble is, I'm relying on my users to tell me their progress. This is not ideal and I rarely get answers. I'd like to be able to show total team progress as positive encouragement and also drill into individuals who are lagging.

Thank you for your input.  I couldn't agree more.  Our current Learning Management System does not enable the designation of account administrators or team leaders, unfortunatley.  However, Marketo University is in th process of enabling a brand new system and learner portal. 

One of the features of that portal will be a "Team View" where an administrator or manager can review the progress of the members of their organization against  a Learning Plan.  They will also be able to drill down to see who completed trainning, failed to complete training and/or those who never started it.
