I would like to see Marketo release information describing what steps they are taking to be GDPR compliant as a processor. Marketo will act as a processor of data whenever they see customer data when helping with a support ticket or with professional services. I have yet to see any documentation on if our support relationships, etc will change, and how items like privacy policies, contract T&Cs, MSAs, etc will be impacted. I would also like to understand if they have a document describing their security architecture, if they will be Privacy Shield Certified, if they're implementing a Data Protection Officer, etc. Marketo should lead by example!
