Fix bag for ecard editor (Outlook bacground-image)

When I create a background image using VML:

and try make a few edits in the ecard editor, my code changes and brokes, because symbol ">" changes to "&lt"

It happened after last Marketo relize.

This was fixed in the Fall release.
