When you say "export from" do you mean that you want to remove them from the program (cancel out their program membership) or do you mean that you want to export a list of the program members?
If it's the later then you can do this already. Go to the main page of the program. Click on the members tab, you should see you list of members in the main screen. At the bottom beside the Quick find search there is the Excel logo, if you click this the export pop-up will appear and you can export in your preferred format.
