Enable "Reply Rate" Tracking

I would love to be able to track email reply rate rather than just open and clickthrough rates. Several companies like Yesware offer this now, and it gives a much better idea of email effectiveness than open and clickthrough rates alone. 

Ideally we would like to track reply rates on Sales Insight emails, but the general reporting on those emails would need to be enabled first before talking about reply rates.
