Duplicate Leads: Ability to add filters to the smart list for Possible Duplicates

Add the ability to include additional filters in the out-of-the-box possible duplicates smartlist. This way you can view duplicate leads by other criteria. For example, 1) Duplicate Fields (email address) and 2) Lead Owner Last Name

To clarify, in my example, the second filter would remove all leads from the list who are owned by a lead owner other than the one(s) specified. I'm not suggesting lead owner be considered as another duplicate field....if that makes sense.

This would be extremely helpful for us! A duplicate in our world is same email address + same NetSuite contact ID + same Netsuite Company ID. I haven't been able to find a way to streamline identifying dupes based on this criteria.

We'd also like to be able to filter out those leads marked as "No longer with company" from consideration.
