It would be great if I could use the duplicate lead alert campaign to actually merge the 2 duplicates together. Whenever we have an email address and it does not contain info@ that is a duplicate, we always merge the 2 records together. I would love to instead of sending me an alert to go in and merge the 2 records if I had a step where it could merge the records together. I'm guessing there would have to be something added in the admin section to set up rules for which fields overwrite the others. I know in our case, we simply always keep the most recent information, but I'm sure that's not always the case.
