Currently the only way to add sub-folders into programs is to right click on the program and select "New Folder". It would be nice to be able to drag folders you create from the marketing activities "New" dropdown so it's less confusing.
If the drag and drop option wouldn't work because they're labeled as "Campaign folders" then the "Create New Folder" option should at least appear in the new local assets list.
