It is already possible to display the subject of an email in an Interesting Moment in Sales Insight:
Email: Opened email "Your even confirmation"
But when the subject of an email has a token in it, the real value of that token is not displayed:
Email: Opened email "Thank you for installing {{lead.Primary Product:default=our app}}!"
I understand this is an issue because it's a token within a token, but can it be fixed?
